Palesa is a young woman from Limpopo Province under Seshego location Zone 1.

She is the Founder of South African Arts and Culture Youth Forum and South African Women in Arts Culture and Heritage. These organizations focus on development, skills transfer, heritage and creative industry advocacy. Palesa is a voice for the woman in the creative industry who played a role in creating platforms for the women and also influencing policies and programs that will help in developing these ladies. She is the Influential Woman Award 2022 nominee, and she is the Global woman of stature 2022 Finalist under the Coaching and Mentoring category.

She is a leader, a mother, a community developer and a creative practitioner that has been in the industry for 28yrs now. Palesa is serving in different Arts and Culture advisory task team. she believes that women should learn to recognize other's talents so that we can work together. learn to crown each other and again build each other. She has managed 6 projects successfully for the 2021-2022 financial year.
