Shylet is the owner & finance director of Shylet Home Decor. She has a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management and a Financial Accounting qualification. Shylet is passionate about leveling the playing field in the sewing industry. She embarked on an entrepreneurial journey with her husband in 2020 and to focus on growing the Shylet Home Decor brand in providing bespoke high quality indoor and outdoor patio chairs and scatter cushions as well as custom baby linen.

Leaving the cooperate world and downing tools as a travel consultant and following a dream, turning that dream into a business in the midst of a pandemic with no resources, no loan or funding but with just pure talent was not easy.
