Tebogo is an Entrepreneur, Business Leader, an Arts Education Curriculum Advisor, Adjudicator, Choreographer and World Professional Dance Champion.
She is known for her technical abilities, a stickler for technical preciseness, which she believes is crucial to maintaining a high standard in any area of expertise.
To be a champion you need strategy, steadfastness, and a passion for creative expression. Furthermore, you need the stamina to withstand constant criticism and competition.
It is a mindset, possible only through relentless training that draws on mental, emotional, and physical capacity. She has trained champions to occupy spaces around the world and across multiple dance genres for over 30 years and has over 25 years of experience in managing the business of dance and dance education.
She knows how to handle competitively charged and emotionally volatile dancers and their families.
Her experiences have taught her a lot about team management, conflict, and crisis control. As a dance champion, a mentor and coach to small business owners, she knows that she brings valuable lessons and strong leadership capacity.
